These terms set out the commercial rules for purchasing from our Shopify-powered store.
Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in USD. An order is accepted through Shopify checkout and remains subject to payment confirmation, product availability and fraud review. Product price, discount, shipping and final total are shown before payment.
Handmade production
Most products are handmade to order. The estimated 10–18 business days from order placement to delivery includes production, processing, and transit. Small differences in stitch shape, texture and appearance are natural features of handmade production, provided the item remains consistent with its description.
Cancellation, delivery and returns
The one-hour cancellation window, shipping terms and destination-specific return rules form part of these terms. The dedicated Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages control if a summary differs.
Custom work
A US$35 custom deposit begins the design process. Standard shipping costs $10 for orders below $99 and is free for orders of $99 or more. The final balance is collected through a separate Shopify link. The deposit is refundable before production begins and becomes non-refundable 24 hours after confirmed production starts, subject to applicable law.
