What size are the hats?
Current hats use a flexible one-size construction intended for approximately 52–58 cm head circumference. Please review the selected product page before checkout.
Why do prices vary between designs?
Prices reflect differences in yarn volume, construction weight, silhouette and finishing. Heavier styles use more hand-blended yarn and may include an additional wind-covering synthetic-fur edge around the brim.
What are the hats made from?
The current hat collection uses hand-blended polyester-and-nylon yarns and soft synthetic trims. No natural animal fur is used. Product-specific information is shown on the relevant product page.
How long does an order take?
Estimated time from placing an order to receiving it is approximately 10–18 business days, including production, processing, and transit. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
What is inside the mystery box?
Each US$200 mystery box contains two full-quality handmade hats. The two hats will not repeat inside one box. Colors and styles are random and may include current, past, sample or not-yet-released designs. Separate boxes may contain repeats.
How do cancellation and damaged-item claims work?
You may request cancellation within one hour after purchase. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact support@crochethm.com promptly with your order number. The United States claim window is 24 hours after delivery and requires a clear, continuous unboxing video. Destination-specific statutory rights continue to apply.
