Clear shipping rates. Realistic timing.

Order-to-delivery timing

• Estimated order-to-delivery time: approximately 10–18 business days
• This total estimate includes production, processing, and transit
• The estimate begins when the order is placed
• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed

Standard shipping rates

Standard shipping costs $10 for orders below $99 and is free for orders of $99 or more. Shopify confirms destination availability, the shipping method and the final total before payment.

Tracking, addresses and delays

Tracking is sent when available after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing a complete address. Contact us before dispatch to request a correction; a change cannot be guaranteed after production or shipping arrangements begin.

Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, public holidays and remote destinations can affect delivery time.

Duties-paid delivery

Eligible orders to supported United States and European destinations are sent using a duties-paid service where that service is confirmed at checkout. For an eligible duties-paid shipment, Crochet Handmade pays the carrier-billed import duties, VAT or tax and customs-clearance charges included in the service.

Availability is destination-specific. Shopify checkout and the order confirmation identify the destination, shipping method and final amount. Crochet Handmade will assist with verified carrier loss or damage claims.
